the United States. Our 5,000 employees

clients in multiple industry sectors
including financial services,
communications, healthcare,
pharmaceutical, technology, energy,
retail, government, and fundraising.

We are currently seeking a Personal
Assistant to provide support for four
executives in our corporate
headquarters. Initial responsibilities
will include providing clerical
support; screening calls and
responding to inquiries; maintaining
office supply inventories; assisting
with executive office correspondence;
maintaining files; managing company
vehicle fleet reservations and
maintenance; greeting and interacting
with visitors; handling expense
reports; ensuring operation of office
equipment; anticipating the needs of
executives; communicating with
internal staff and external parties at
all levels; and completing other
projects and special assignments.

Over time, the responsibilities will
expand to include providing back-up
support to the Executive Assistant;
learning additional responsibilities
such as maintaining the executivesí
professional and personal appointment
schedules; handling all aspects of
correspondence; facilitating executive
meeting room reservations; planning
travel and entertainment arrangements;
scheduling the corporate jet and other
transportation methods; paying
invoices and balancing accounts;
working with the Controller on the
clerical functions of various
financials, taxes, and trusts;
researching and purchasing products
and services; handling petty cash;
providing Notary services; processing
upper management bonuses and
performance evaluations; maintaining
databases; preserving and providing
historical information and precedents;
and recording board meeting minutes.


This position requires a professional
personal assistant who will handle
highly confidential information in an
appropriate manner. At least two years
of experience providing administrative
support at the executive level is
preferred. Necessary qualifications
