Extensive experience effectively creating, organizing and leading high-impact missions, church planting and ministry formation specifically in Africa, where I was raised in a missionary family. Experience: EXPERIENCE MISSIONS FOUNDER & DIRECTOR, BROCKMINISTIES, KIGOMA, TANZANIA 2014 Focusing on the unreached people groups in TZ, developed a vision and strategy for a boat ministry to share the gospel along the Great Lake Tanganyika. • Developed and trained initial team of seven for evangelism, discipleship, and church planting • Completed two surveys to evaluate the spiritual climate and needs for the lake’s villages. Restored and reconstructed our ministry boat, with planning underway to build a larger, more suitable vessel. • Assisted in food relief programs for over 200 kids weekly in Kigoma and surrounding villages; preached on Sunday services to the national churches 2-3 times per month BASE PASTOR AND MANAGER, WYCLIFFE ASSOCIATES, NIAMEY, NIGER 2012-2014 • Developed and implemented projects budget of 40K, with weekly oversight of Base Director • Establishing a mentoring program for my 13 member staff • Co-partnering with Rock, Int’l for Saturday Children’s Muslim outreach • Restoration of base property, ie, buildings, roads, grounds, and security system CO-SENIOR PASTOR, OAKS BIBLE CHURCH, SANTA BARBARA, CA 2004- 2011 • Alternated Sunday preaching and Adult Sunday Bible School with co-senior pastor to encourage our vision of growth in God’s Word and service as a congregation • Developed and implemented a 500K budget, with bi-monthly review with finance team • Implemented and taught newcomers’ classes, increasing growth of church by 50% • Created Body Life, a ministry for prayer and praise during each Sunday service • Developed and directed Jr and Sr High Ministries of 50 students, with a 10-member staff • Championed a successful, service oriented men’ ministry with 30 members, called “Oaks Alive” ASSOCIATE PASTOR, TRINITY CHURCH, SANTA BARBARA, CA 1996-2004 • Preached monthly at Sunday services to entire congregation • Developed and taught weekly Jr. High and High School ministry, resulting in growth from 10 to just under 100 students for each • Authored Student Ministries Handbook for my youth staff and mobilized team of 15 college aged volunteers to teach and lead youth groups • Launched a college ministry, including discipleship, leadership, and mentoring • Youth programs and community events include outdoor plays and teen outreach to the elderly • Leveraged extensive experience serving in Africa to organize and lead six mission trips to Africa, where we built four orphanages to rescue over 400 children BASE PASTOR AND MISSIONARY, NEW TRIBES MISSIONS, PNG 1992-1995 • Developed a weekly Bible study for the group of 90 – 100 missionaries • Established a church and discipleship program with the Bena tribe, training initial leadership of 8 • Developed a youth program for over 200 students, meeting weekly for worship, Bible study, and fellowship; founded a mechanics’ vocational school • Built a cable bridge for the Bisorio village near our base BASE PASTOR & MISSIONARY, EVANGELICAL BAPTIST MISSION, BENIN 1988-1990 • Developed and directed an adult outreach ministry team of eight to the Dendi Tribe, resulting in 650 Dendi conversions and seven churches established. • Built and directed a Bible College on our base with over 500 students annually • Built six bridges for better access to unreached people groups

Skills: ACCOMPLISHMENTS & MILESTONES • Pastor and Teacher - Birthed and developed all middle and high school ministries, as well as college and young marrieds for Trinity Church, with over 1,000 members. • Collaboration/Program Development – Co- senior pastor for a 150 member congregation, which grew out of a 30 member Bible study, called Oaks Bible Church in Santa Barbara, which continues to thrive.
