Objective:
To present the gospel, the good news to those who desire a change in such a way that their lives will never be the same again. Religious Resume Experience
Degrees held: Associates in Theology, Bachelors in Pastoral Theology from Kingsway University through Artos Bible Institute located in Norwich, Ct.
Preaching/Teaching Ministry: I am currently the Sunday School Teacher for the youth ranging in age from 12 through 20 years. I have been the teaching Sunday school for 13 years at Abounding Grace Ministries.
Preaching: I have been preaching the gospel for 15 years, I am part of the "in the streets ministry" where we go out into the community and share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I am currently a volunteer at Corrigan Correction Facility located in Uncasville, CT. I have volunteered there for the past 13 years. I hold a church Service every month. The Chaplain is Reverend Mac Elder.
I am also a part of the Huntington Towers ministry a senior living facility located in the city of
New London; I also preach and teach there as well. We hold service every third Friday.
Administration Ministry: I organize and coordinate monthly youth services every month. I am chairmen of the youth ministries we plan and execute programs for our young people.
I spearheaded the creation of the quarterly church newspaper called the AGM Angel. I am also a permanent column writer for every edition. I created a church website called agmnewlondon.com and have maintained it for the past several years. I have written many letters of recommendation for our youth from High school, College and Scholastics awards.
Pastoral Ministry: I currently serve as an Associate Minister for the past 6 years, Youth Pastor and Assistant to the Pastor at Abounding Grace Ministries located at 3 Connecticut Avenue in the city of New London, CT.
I was a Leader of Men and Women the US Navy, and I continued to do the same in the Religious community, I counsel youth, and adults on all areas of life. I serve as a confidant to many and in some ways as a surrogate Father to others; most of our young people come from single parent homes.
Serve on Boards: I am currently the youth ministries board leader for the past 13 years, Vice
President on the board of Trustees. I served on the Deacon board for 7 years.
Teacher/ Certs: Designated as youth Sunday school teacher since 2002 to present- Certificate for teacher of the year 2005. Completed Basic Lay Reader course in 200 and was designated lay reader and chaplain's assistant on board USS Detroit a Navy Vessel while on Active Duty.
Seminars I Retreats: Attended leadership seminar for 1 week in 2008 at In His Presence
Ministries in the city of New London, Ct. A Prayer conference at Abounding Grace Ministries
2007 held by the late Pastor Ed Dascomb of Norwich Worship Center.
