Oversee front, back and billing office. Hire, train, counsel and evaluate employees. Complete payroll and monitor staff hours. Handle customer service issues. Manage the facilities appearance, maintenance and upkeep. Assist physician in non-medical functions such as; coordinating meetings and making reservations.
