An independent school in the West Los Angeles area seeks a full-time administrative assistant to provide office support to the Director of Finance and Operations and Business Office Coordinator. This position provides great exposure to the independent school community. Duties include screen calls, process incoming mail, manage calendars, make travel arrangements, set up meetings, keep track of leases/property agreements, supervise one full and one part time staff, maintain files and may coordinate special events as needed.

At least 5 years’ work experience in an executive support role, at least 2 years’ successful supervisory experience.

Resumes will not be considered unless candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree.

Highly developed organization and communication skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel and familiarity with Blackbaud preferred.
