troubleshoot RIP and EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS
and BGP routing protocols in complex
network environments with summarized
networks, passive interfaces, load
balancing / load sharing, authentication
and QOS.
 Implemented IPv6 with RIPng,
EIGRPv6 and OSPFv3 routing between

include handling daily, weekly, monthly
activities based on stated policies &
procedures, task/project management,
change management, vendor relations and
reporting to senior staff on key areas.
 Project Management
responsibilities include minor and major
projects including reviews and
assessments utilizing SPSS and Cognos on
a SQL backend database.

St. Mary’s County Public Schools
Technology Specialist

 LAN/WAN responsibilities
included setup and monitoring of Cisco
routers providing point-to-point frame
relay connectivity to 24 remote
 General responsibilities
included, but were not limited to,
overseeing the use of technology that
provided information to clients and
staff, webmaster, staff training,
technical support, and system
 Professional responsibilities
included project management, change
management, documentation, scheduling as
needed reports to higher management,
technical training of end-users, and
managing technical staff in
configurations of client computers to
comply with network standards.
 Technical responsibilities
included installing, managing, and
maintaining web, proxy, and email server
systems, set up and maintained a web
based interface for email primarily used
by staff that did not have access to a
dedicated computer, developed, designed,
and updated St. Mary’s County Public
Schools website.

maintaining network computer labs in all
schools with both PC and Macintosh
environment, personally installed and
