with owners on broking promise payments.

Offer and process Mortgage Modification
for owners that qualify.
Setup automatic (ach) direct deposit
payments.
Process their Mortgage and Home Owner
Association payments.
Waive fees and discuss billing with

the collector of the month mortgage.
Collect average of 35,000 to 45,000 a
month.
