Experience: ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH Floris United Methodist Church 2009 – 2012 Adult Ministry Coordinator Responsible for overseeing adult ministries in an extremely dynamic, large church; included coordinating 30- 60 small groups, on-going training, problem solving, motivating of leaders, continual market research into ministry challenges, opportunities and industry contacts, initiating congregation-wide adult programs as well as creating and working with a team to developing core curriculum specific for the church.

Due to customer’s tremendous organizational growth and the outmoded corporate infrastructure, assisted in a company-wide assessment of current and future management information needs, determined areas of process improvement and developed migration strategies. This effort lead to being chosen for a select team which was charged with designing and implementing management systems for a new company being formed as an innovative experiment.
ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION Floris United Methodist Church 2009 – 2012 Adult Ministry Coordinator Created a speakers program by identifying and booking speakers on a variety of subjects in order to engage the congregation in a new, fresh and challenging growth opportunity; created a small group approach that enabled leaders to form new short term small groups that allowed more people to enter into a short term study, allowing more people to experience discipleship and fellowship.
BDM Technologies 1985 – 1997 Michigan Dept. of Transportation (MDOT) Process Reengineering Assisted in reengineering the MDOT contracting process; result was two core contract processes, versus 75 different contract processes in operation prior to the project. An extensive background in business processes in general, and contracting processes specifically enabled facilitation, envisioning and implementation of the reengineered processes.
Ford Motor Company Global Operations Financial Information System Served as a functional expert in the conversion of an existing five year financial planning system; result was a non-parallel transfer from an Excel spreadsheet to a database/graphical user interface, allowing users to control and store data, change algorithms as well as extract data in a variety of ways using Excel.
