Objective: Provide exceptional administrative support and professionalism to executive management, customers and peers.
Experience: Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and promptly respond to actions via email and telephone. Support Safety Committee meetings and the Clerical, Administrative Secretary (CAS) Team. Ensure communication flow down from management to department personnel. Manage Awards and Recognition database and Morale budget expenditures. Make travel arrangements, register for conferences, and expedite expense reports in a timely manner. Provide leadership to department level Admins. Ensure all company policies are followed, and maintain compliance with company policies and ethics.
Education: Graduate of Alvin Community College with an AAS Office Administration-Office Professional degree, December, 1996 Graduate of Friendswood High School, May 1983
