Objective:

Experience:
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or
component of a product.
Perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through
all or most of them.
Demonstrate or explain assembly or use of equipment.
Assemble or disassemble manufactured products by hand.
Assemble wire harnesses on a moving line.
Monitor assembly quality and quantity of output.
Repair or replace electrical or electronic components, circuits, fixtures, equipment,
or products.

Bolsa Grande High School, Garden Grove, CA Diploma received
Ivy Tech North Central, South Bend, IN


Skills:

MANUFACTURING:
Monitor equipment or machine operation to detect problems.
Maintain consistent production quality. Complete record of production.
Operate Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
Inspect, sort, weigh, or measure products or for defects or deviations from specifications.
Grind, file, or polish, using hand-held or power tools, a variety of plastic or metal objects.
Set up and operate machines to cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, or notch PVC products.
Set up and operate machines to shape and form rubber products.

PRODUCTION:
Pack by hand a wide variety of products and materials for shipment or storage.
Manually pick stock to fill customer orders.
Read work order, instructions, or processing charts.
Explain work orders, specifications, or work techniques to workers.
Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies.
Operate pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic machinery to produce plastic automotive parts.
Tend machines to prepare industrial products for storage or shipment.
