Objective: Find challanging oppoertunity as a Systems Engineer in Infrastrucre, Network, Deployment and Application Support area.
Experience: laptops, notebooks, application, legacy and COTS software. Major tasks and responsibilities include:
Maintain, administer and support SCCM 2007 topology, network for corporate VA sites. Test, implement and deploy software packages to SIO Pre-Prod Tier-4 environment. Perform QA regression and smoke tests, software validation, software isolation. Automate and repackage MSI, VB, and Exe based apps using InstallShield and Admin Studio 9. Deploy software packages and scripts using Microsoft SCCM 2007 tool and VBAMenu. Manage Software Intelligence, Asset Management, Queries and Compliance Audit reports. Manage software repository in SCCM, Network Shared Drive, File Servers and Shared Points. Support and implement desktop imaging using Encore SWIMAGE software and SCCM OSD. Perform Windows 7 migration using SCCM OSD Task Sequence, ZTI Zero Touch Deployment. Install and administer Guardian Edge software encryption on standard and corporate VA laptops. Configure wireless networks, wireless cards on veterans and government based notebooks. Develop and maintain software test plans, technical workflows, processes and procedures. Manage virtual test environment for VA using Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp and Microsoft VM. Respond to UNICENTER helpdesk tickets, incidents, change orders and software requests. Coordinate and assist in Microsoft monthly patch deployment to VA corporate desktops and laptops. Install and configure bar code printers, scanners, hubs, switches, routers, and Ethernet cables. Support SIO team with critical software and system upgrades via bi-monthly coordinated install. Document business applications, critical business apps, installs, test procedures, deployment scripts. Test and deploy Microsoft monthly security patches to desktops
