Objective:
To bring my ten plus years of experience and skill-set
as a Document Control/Change Analyst to a

Experience:
Bayside Solutions, Pleasanton, CA – Document
Control Analyst, Jan ’12 to Present (specifically
Oraya Therapeutics in Newark, CA – Medical)

• Independently analyzed and processed ECO,
MCO and Deviations.
• Troubleshot issues and errors in the ECO,
MCO, DEV packages.
• Once analyzed and verified, implemented ECO,
MCO and Deviations in Intuitive ERP.
• Minimized processing time of AGILE release of
change orders and implementation on the
Manufacturing side, to a day or less.

numbers to the Item Master
• Reviewed all ECs & Interfaced with several
Engineers in order to process changes and structure
new assemblies.

preparation for transfer of material from R&D to

• Independently analyzed and processed ECO,
MCO and Deviation (controlled documents) released
by Customer(s).
• Provided timely new part setup, BOM releases
and or changes to support ongoing production
runs.
• Created and issued approved part numbers as
“released Bill of Materials” in the Engineering
Change Control module of the Enterprise Resource
Program ERP system (AGILE & Baan).
• Stored and maintained Customers’ digital
master files of engineering documentation,
including ECOs, BOMs, MCOs, Deviations, Drawings
and Specifications.
• Worked on problems of diverse scope
exercising good judgment and decision-making
skills to identify solutions.
• Interfaced and supported several CFTs in order
to accurately process changes and structure new
products.
• Helped to minimize processing time between
Customer release of changes and actual
implementation on the Manufacturing side,
therefore optimizing departmental throughput.
• Participated in ongoing process improvements
focusing on systems, reporting and data analysis
efficiencies.
• Prior to ECO implementation, partnered with
cross-functional associates to facilitate inventory
disposition as applicable.

• Inspected raw PCBs and custom mechanical
parts per latest IPC standards and “released”
Customer drawings and specifications.
• Wrote initial NCMR reports for non-compliant
parts as required and routed said reports to MRB for
disposition by Engineering and also Purchasing
Departments.
• Upon part acceptance per specifications they
were then routed to respective warehouse locations.
