Objective: To find a job utilizing my skills as an electromechanical tech.
Experience: I have worked in different industries before but mainly am a hands on electronic tech with mechanical repair experience as well. Every tech job I have had, I didn't have experience on the equipment when I started but I have the ability to solve problems on equipment I haven't seen before. I have repaired power supplies, computer mother boards and peripherals, company specific processor based control systems and many types of machines sometimes having to fashion the part myself using power tools, welder and such when I had to make modifications on the machinery. Sometimes the system didn’t work because of problems like wrong parts, bill of materials wrong and wiring diagrams/schematics had mistakes. I will do whatever it takes to solve a problem. When I was just out of high school, I worked at a large electrical distribution co-op and a residential electrical company so I am familiar with working with high voltages as well as safety.
I can resolve problems with different machines with little or no training on the product using past experience on similar type problems. I have also trained test personnel and other technicians in the past as well as designed test fixtures and wrote test procedures. Thank you for your time.
