Customer Support / Client Care
Responsible for delivery service levels for 100 to 150 buses: schedule, plan, coordinate, dispatch and optimize route size and coverage ensuring optimum levels of service achieved in a time efficient manner upholding company, contractual and ADA standards
Generate on-site customer service, develop trend analysis based on seasonal and other forecast indicators assuring increase route efficiencies and productivity
Meet and exceed sales objectives, provide service to existing customer accounts and establish new customer accounts, focusing on excellent customer service skills
Operate OSHA approved Powered Industrial Trucks: cranes, forklifts and stackers
Administrative / Clerical
Maintain system database to ensure data integrity and actual route performance throughout the day
Coordinate routing of orders, dispatch carrier with orders and appropriate delivery instructions consistent with customer receiving times
Process administrative services for Accounts Receivable/Payable: reconcile invoice and submit payment information; resolve billing issues, questions and concerns
Requisition needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts and repair services
Ensure compliance with all Depart Of Transportation regulations in regards to paperwork accuracy, driver logs, dispatch delivery, axle load measurements and daily power unit inspections
Stage warehouse inventory and process purchase orders, determine proper storage method, identification, and stock location based on environmental factors, turnover and facility capabilities
Promptly and courteously answer all incoming phone calls for up to 6 multi-line phone system in fast-paced environment
Technical Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Power Point. Ability to leverage various means of technology to streamline training resources, reporting, and program management. Extensively utilize the Internet for research and investigation
