Prudential Insurance July 1999 March 2000 Position: Customer Service Representative Worked in a call center where inbound calls were received from customers and agents to make changes to policies. At that time I was licensed in property and casualty insurance.
Uploading changes to add a new driver to the policy, add a new vehicle to a policy, take down the new address and information if the customer was moving and what date that would go into effect. Had to be proficient and up to date in property and casualty insurance guidelines for different states in case the customer had questions on if they had enough coverage. Supplied customers with quotes on upcoming changes that they will be making to their policy. Prudential evaluated all incoming calls for quality assurance. Always was in the top 5% for highest quality satisfaction.
