Unloaded materials, BOM and MRO items
and verified the product and paperwork
against po, measured, counted and
received into the computer system. Items
were stocked, issued or dispositioned to
the requisitioner. MRO items were
handed out to manufacturing and
adjusted. Cycle counts were performed
and concerns were investigated with
adjustments made, if required.
Responsible for the safety and
housekeeping of the stockroom and
receiving areas. Kanban cabinet was
set-up in manufacturing to minimize
trips to stockroom. Recommended reorder
points and Max-On-Hand for expense
items.

quality prior to winding on roll for

Additional Information:
Familiar with the operation of electric
and gas forklifts, electric and manual
pallet jacks, tow motors and overhead
cranes. The last professional
certification for forklifts expired
April 07 but SPM maintained an internal
safety program which certified each
forklift operator internally.
