Production supervisor duties include overseeing production of pies, muffins, cakes, and brownies.
Special projects supervisor duties include writing POGS -production operating guidelines, Flow diagrams, and operating procedures for production equipment.
As maintenance manager oversee the day to day repairs, implementing PM program, ordering equipment, supplies, and parts to repair equipment on a daily basis. Oversee the project such as repairs to be made to boiler safe end install, wastewater plant wall rebuild ECT.
