Production supervisor, Special Projects Supervisor, Maintenance Manager: Michel’s Bakery, 5698 Rising Sun Ave, Philadelphia, P.A. 19120 - December 2009 to Present

• Production supervisor duties include overseeing production of pies, muffins, cakes, and brownies.
• Special projects supervisor duties include writing POG’S -production operating guidelines, Flow diagrams, and operating procedures for production equipment.
• As maintenance manager oversee the day to day repairs, implementing PM program, ordering equipment, supplies, and parts to repair equipment on a daily basis. Oversee the project such as repairs to be made to boiler safe end install, wastewater plant wall rebuild ECT.

• Oversaw the day to day operations of the production of ready to eat meals.
