Practical Experience:
 During my research work from
1997 to 2001, I have learned a lot of
techniques and use of instruments of
various kind like: Spectrophotometer,
Protein extraction and Protein profile
using SDS page protocol, Nitrogenous
activity, Stomata potential machine,
Electrical microscope, Freeze dry of
plant samples, Chromatography and HPLC,
Scholander bomb for xylem sap
collection, and how to deal with the
crop from planting the seeds to harvest
and dealing with the treated plants in
different stages during the growing
season. How to record the results,
analyze it, typing, editing dealing with
different computer programs was of the
most interesting part of my research
 Lab course was covered for each
course I taught for B.Sc and M.Sc
 During my experience in a newly
established institute, where there was
no lab and only a small library, we used
the internet to search for the
assignments and the computer has been
used to show slides from labs of
international universities.
 With respect to our environment,
my students learnt how to become active
members in keeping our environment clean
as a duty of every person.
 I have taught plant diversity,
anatomy, taxonomy and can teach more
courses like plant physiology, ecology
and other related subjects.
 I have supervised different
assignment for student such as:

1. Environment care in a point of
view of humanity
2. Reality of Darwinian theory of
3. Misadventures in protein folding
and diseases
4. Diversity in Fruits in relation
to different seasons in a year
5. Prions –the rogue protein… and
