meetings for each shift which improved
communication and overall morale among

600 employees with 7 managers as direct reports,

production, quality and distribution to
successfully meet the cracker manufacturing
facility goals. Included capital projects, labor
management relationships with BCTGM and continuous
improvement processes.

spearheaded the completion of The Continuous
Mixer; a new $20 million continuous improvement
project for 2010.

Implemented several key initiatives to reduce
costs. Designed processes and procedures to

by empowering team leaders, and implementing an
