Worked as project manager for an IBM
AS/400 cutover. Partnered with other
business groups within Sports Authority
to organize downtime schedule and lead
efforts toward the successful migration
of AS/400. Carried out the preparation
and documentation of weekly milestone
reports and master project schedule for
the company to be up to speed on the
cutover.

- Played a pivotal role in the
success of migration, which took place
for more than 72 hours with zero loss of
data and outages to stores nationwide.
- Supported the entire operations,
from conception to migration of AS/400
in a 2.5 month period

wide Active Directory migration across
