Provide expert oversight in day-to-day
operational aspects of production
focused on scheduling CNC Machining and
Welding Operations. Identify quality
issues and conceptualize innovative
solutions to axle tubes and automotive
seating components, including welded and
non-welded cut to length tubes used in
manual and power seat assemblies.
Supervise and mentor 30-35 operators to
develop their competencies and achieve
the maximum level of potential. Perform
advanced product quality planning along
with quality documentation including
flow charts, control plans, Control
Charts, DFMEA, PFMEA and GD&T. Carried
out Supplier Quality Management
including Cost of Poor Quality (COQP),
Supplier Audits, Supplier Scorecard and
Engagement of Suppliers in Quality
Systems. Handle the maintenance of ISO
audit as well as TS audit requirements
through internal audit. Execute non-
conformance parts segregation and root
cause analysis for corrective actions.
