managing prototypes with Boeing

manufacturing shop to deliver within
budget and set timelines in the
International Space Station drawers
currently used on the space station.
- Successfully ran company
operations that enabled reaching $4M a
year in sales.
- Led the company into a
Manufacturing Technical Assistance Pilot
Program (MTAPP) with the United States
Air Force that led the company to win
the Company of the Year in 2001 and
awarded Teaming to Succeed in 2005.
- Successfully facilitated the
implantation of ISO 9001 and AS9100
registration with Auburn University and
completed the 9-month process which was
vital for the company to sustain
aerospace customers.
- Secured a 20% increase in gross
sales in its first year by strategically
purchasing and setting up a complete
sheet metal fabrication shop in the
company that added new and improved
capabilities to the Manufacturing
Department.
