different paint shops and transitioning

2007-2009
Competently served as lead liaison
between paint and assembly line,
responsible for assessing supervisors
and defining role in the new operating

incremental closing of Paint 91 plant
transferring manpower and production to

only to the budget of the paint shop,
but also the assembly line, and
ultimately the entire plant

Initiated and oversaw the reprogramming
of all the department polish robots and
training of manpower on the redesigned
2007 fuel tank before model lunch, while

100% of product in front of the Paint
shop
- Vastly contributed in increasing
polish department output and quality by
26% through a cost based A3 analysis, as
well as in decreasing department
overtime resulting in a budget surplus
