Oversee the receiving department to ensure all inbound products are properly received, bar-coded and allocated.

Oversee the shipping department to ensure all shipments are prepared and routed properly.

Interact with sales to ensure customer expectations are met.

Monitor inventory levels of component parts and interact with purchasing to properly maintain minimum balances.

Coordinate all aspects of fiscal inventory to ensure its completion in an timely and accurate manner.

Superba / Haydock was purchased by E R Wagner in 2004 and moved from Niles, Illinois to Hustisford, Wisconsin in 2006. I was asked to relocate and work in my current position as production supervisor.

Coordinate all aspects of the shipping / receiving department.

Specific duties include:

Negotiate freight rates with forwarders.

Compile information and process bill of lading for all outbound shipments.

Route shipments and arrange for shipment pick up with carriers.

Receive inbound shipments and insure that product is properly allocated.

Promoted to facility supervisor at Superba Caster Corporation which is a subsidiary of Haydock Casters Company.
