2004-2008, Weiser Security Services, Inc. Position: Senior Account Manager.
I managed and maintained over a dozen accounts supervising the day to day security operations of an assigned Clients Site. I managed a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support. I ensured that the Clients Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees. Coordinated necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service. I worked on local campus of a state college. Making rounds locking and unlocking classrooms and buildings as needed. Maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing (either directly, through patrols, or by watching alarm systems or video cameras) for signs of crime, fire or disorder; then taking action and reporting any incidents to the client and emergency services as appropriate. I directly supervised and coordinated activities of agricultural crop or horticultural workers. I managed 5-10 agriculture crews, 50-300 workers at a time in the operation of harvesting citrus. Inspect citrus crops to determine conditions and need for harvesting. Observe workers to detect inefficient and unsafe work procedures or to identify problems, initiating corrective action as necessary. Prepare and maintain time and payroll reports. Estimate labor requirements for harvesting certain crops, and plan work schedules accordingly. Direct or assist with the adjustment and repair of farm equipment and machinery.
1984-1987, Indian River Foods, Inc Position: Blender.
My duties as a Blender consist of blending citrus concentrate to specification of recipe required. I also ran test on concentrate making sure the Brick Acid Ratio (BAR) was up to USDA standards. I supervised Barreling Crew in the process of barreling citrus concentrate.
