• Provide coordination and contractual supervision of trainers and technical assistant consultants in the Maryland Child Care Resource Network, consisting of 12 resource and referral centers across the state. • Actively collaborate with child care resource and referral networks nationwide to determine quality standards and practices for child care training and technical assistance.
• Developed an online system for reporting training workshops and other Results Based Accountability outcomes and measures.
