Led and institutionalized company-wide M&A function.
• Sourced, evaluated and executed the Company’s strategic acquisitions/investments, specifically:
o Developed a pipeline of acquisition candidates, conducted robust competitor and precedent transactions analysis.
o Advised and collaborated with business units worldwide. Key person in preparing strategic financial plans, calculating financing requirements and identifying the related accounting treatment for each investment.
o Built flexible financial models to determine valuation and best deal structure. Championed design of innovative tax and legal transaction structure for complex emerging market deals.
