¨ Exceeds Expectation: Launched the first-ever MLB satellite radio network in six weeks – on time & under budget.
¨ Communications: - Developed imaging and branding of network (web, streamed content and broadcast). Managed internal cross-departmental communications and operations through face-to-face relationships and interaction as well as written communications. Developed reputation of XM’s providing the only national radio entity dedicated entirely to MLB news, interviews and games. Market data indicated 25% of new subscribers joined for the baseball channel.
¨ Customer Relations Management – Responsible for $650 Million contract and enhanced XM’s relationship with Baseball’s Office of the Commissioner. Collaborated with 6-8 separate divisions within MLB for content and covered events live that were never previously broadcast.
