Dear, HIRING MANAGER: My name is; Carl M. Johnson, land-water surveying technician, and site- project field engineer manager technician. I have 30 years in survey civil engineer tech., with construction on roads private & DOT, buildings, bridges & docks, earthworks above & below ground, and utilities (wet & dry)design & construction. I have background in 3D mapping above & below ground, with GPR, conventional survey equipment, and auto-tracking, some laser scanning RTK-DGPS. I have worked with GIS-GPS mapping, for utilities, and property development infrastructure, hydro & geo graphics for dredging in creeks, rivers, beaches, lakes, harbors & turning basins, marinas. I do not have any certifications, or paper trail of experience, I would like the chance to get more education & certifications, but I have been on the job until I got laid off. Flood certifications, construction layout and volume of earthwork surveys.
Trained new personnel from entry level who later became highly efficient Party Chiefs.
