Perform a wide range of Agent support activities, following up to facilitate progress as warranted by the project.
Design, prepare and update property-specific marketing collateral to include, but not limited to: property flyers, floorplan flyers, aerial photographs, Offering Memoranda, Executive Summaries, postcards, etc.

Update market information as appropriate utilizing a wide range of sources (i.e., Atlanta Regional Commission, County websites, Chambers of Commerce, etc.)
Prepare press releases for dissemination, seeking final approval from applicable parties and sending to various press outlets. Publish to News Room on website after final release is distributed.
