Objective:
To obtain a position as an ordained Chaplain, Reverend, Pastor, or similar career within the Christian Ministry or medical field.
Experience:
-Houston Healthcare Center, Perry, GA. 16 June 2010-Present. Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Outpatient Registration Assistant and Hospital’s Active Chaplain. Duties include receiving and transferring calls; transferring/assisting patients to destined departments; filing confidential data; running errands to deliver samples to laboratory, library, or other departments; cleaning beds currently used by patients who have just been released in order to maintain sanitation; and helping in medical procedures. While performing religious duties such as prayer requests, religious services for Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit patients, and instructing people who seek conversion to the Christian faith.
-International Refuge Missionary Outreach Foundation (IRMOF), Haynesville, GA. April 2009-Present. Founder, President of the United Faith Board, Temporary Chairman of the Budget Committee and Public Relations Committee, and conduct the annual and weekly meetings for Christian Organizations of America. Duties include presiding at all meetings of the Chapter and of the United Faith Board; official representative at meetings of cooperating and affiliated organizations; appointing Chairmen of Standing and Special Committees with the approval of the United Faith Board; serving as an ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating Committee; in charge of keeping the general public aware of the actions and beneficial intentions of IRMOF; prepared annual budget for the Chapter.
-Houston Healthcare Center, Perry, GA. Summer 2008-2009. Respiratory/Cardiology Assistant and Hospital’s Active Chaplain. Duties included managing in- and out-patient profiles, transferring data via fax and email, receiving calls, recording messages, and helping in respiratory therapy. While performing religious duties such as prayer requests, religious services for Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit patients, and instructing people who seek conversion to the Christian faith.
-Church Home For the Aged, Perry, GA. August 2008-April 2010. Special Activities Student and Residential Assistance. Duties included the singing of special music (mainly Christian Contemporary, Oldies, and Southern Gospel), assisting designated residents to the dining hall, the visitation center, and the Special Activities Department; assisted the dietary staff in the cafeteria as needed.
