Control/Order/Stock/supplies and standardizing ordering procedures. Processed all staff payroll/maintain all staff & office space calendars. Maintain staff/participant confidential files. Direct support to Project Director. As the Human Resources Representative, I wrote employee performance reviews, corrective actions, conducted interviews, processed all new hire/termination paperwork, completed OSHA, FMLA and Workers Compensation paperwork/reports, provided staff training & motivation. Provided Patient transport for the Social Security Advocate Caseload.
