Researched, analyzed, develop and monitor data for the development of affirmative action plans (to include VETS 100 Reports and EEO 1 Report).
Understands and deploys (e.g., interpret, communicate, advocate, train) HR processes, policies and procedures by utilizing existing tools and resources.
Develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures governing personnel and facility clearance actions, security programs, security inspections and physical security systems.
Considered and looked upon as the HR expert.
Advocated employee interests and perspectives by listening and identifying key issues, facilitated communication to ensure all views were represented
Conducted employee satisfaction survey and then implemented new procedures as a result
Responsible for training in human resource policies and procedures (one-on-one or group settings)
