Administrative Assistant position utilizing my organizational, technical, customer service, communication, and project / ofice management experince.


Experience:
2004 – 2009 W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of Arizona – Phoenix, Arizona
Project Coordinator
Worked directly with Project Executive, Project Manager, Project Engineer and Project Superintendent at job site. Responsible for setting up project site office including utilities, phones, IT and project files, as well as project management system setup. Assisted in sending out project changes for pricing, processing monthly pay application, subcontract agreements, subcontract change orders, submittals, RFI’s, and any pertinent correspondence. Maintained and tracked miscellaneous logs for insurance, bonds, subcontracts, change orders, etc. Compiled Monthly Progress Reports. Responded to calls regarding lien and bond information. Reviewed insurance in order to ensure all requirements of project were met. Assisted Vice-President of Operation in various tasks as needed. Assisted in any and all necessary items which were over and above the main job responsibilities.

2002 – 2004 Kitchell Contractors, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona
Field Office Manager
Worked directly with Project Manager, Sr. Project Engineer and Site Superintendent at job site. Responsible for assisting with prebillers, pay applications. Owner Change Orders, completing and logging Subcontractor Agreements and Subcontractor Change Orders and Purchase Orders in a timely manner. Maintained project files and project closeouts, weekly timesheets, transmittals, various spreadsheets, coding and maintaining files for open accounts, expense reports, office equipment and supplies. Also assisted with Submittal Packages and RFI’s.

2001 – 2002 Delta Diversified Enterprises, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona
