Objective:
I am looking for a Product or Business Development Management position in the biotech field in the San Diego area.


Experience:
I am a senior manager with over five years of product development and marketing experience. I lead a team of scientists and technicians to develop new products for commercial release. Together with our sales and marketing team, I strive to create rapid awareness of these products through advertising efforts such as targeted marketing campaigns, selected advertisements in national publications, and product fliers and posters. I am also the lead on several collaborative projects with other top life science industries.

In addition to the duties carried out as a Research Scientist for ProSci, my responsibilities include developing a yearly budget and business plan for the Product Development department, generating sales forecasts, developing market entry strategies and performing market analyses of ProSci products. I work with our Marketing and Operations department to set product marketing and pricing strategy, and help coordinate partnerships with other scientific companies.

· Increased sales revenue by an average of 34% for each of the past four years
· Developed and marketed more than 650 novel antibodies and reagents
