RE: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
I would like to be considered for the position of Human Resources Administrative Assistant as I feel my background and experience make me ideally qualified. As a psychology major at Dickinson College I obtained a solid wealth of knowledge of diagnostic psychology and am comfortable relaying details as well as treatment options for specific behavioral issues.
In my current position as a Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) member written and verbal communication skills are essential to fulfilling the job requirement of implementing treatment plans. Each session with my client must be meticulously documented and organized. The role of TSS requires quick problem solving skills in order to implement the treatment plan with clients varying behavior issues. This work requires working with a team of supervisors, behavioral specialist consultants, case managers as well as the clients and their families.
Thank you for your consideration I look forward to hearing from you.
