Responsible for performing genetic and immunological experiments and analyzing results on customer samples. Responsible for supporting new product development. Also responsible for the establishment of stable cell lines.
• Conducted Procarta Cytokine, DC and Transcription Factor Plex assays to evaluate biological samples
• Performed Quantikine Porcine, TNF-alpha and Transcription Factor ELISAs to analyze samples
• Purified antibodies by using desalt columns, Protein G Plus and the Melon Gel Purification Kit
• Biotinylated mouse antibodies and calculated molar ratios
