As opening manager of the restaurant during renovations and construction, I attained many new skills and knowledge in the detailed planning and organization to successfully open an establishment. I now wish add to my experience and continue expanding my knowledge in a management capacity.

Leading up to my position of General Manager, I had occupied the position as Food and Beverage Manager leading up to the closing for renovations of the Panorama Dining Room. I have greatly enhanced my managerial skills in several areas -- among these are my ability for effective delegation, consistency and follow-up, coaching and mentoring, and my organizational and analytical skills. I have a leadership style that balances consistency with flexibility. I am an excellent planner and am very successful in yielding results. All of these skill sets have been augmented whilst working in a structured environment requiring diligent and responsible management of colleagues.
