Developed and implemented new processing and reconciliation procedures due to a major payroll system conversion.
Responsible for processing all inbound & outbound interface files.
Processing of 401(k) and ESPP plan contribution wires for semi-monthly payroll files.
Reconciliation of all wire requests with payroll reports, responsible for research of any discrepancies and maintenance of documentation for all adjustments.
Give Retirement Plan presentation at all monthly new hire orientation meetings.

Assist Director of Retirement Plans with any special projects as assigned.
