Perform microbiological procedures in bacteriology, virology, and molecular. Experience with PCR and RT-PCR using Taqman, Light Cycler, and MagnaPure in order to test for Bordetella pertussis, Enterovirus, Cytomegovirus, and Hepatitis C virus and Hepatitis genotype. Bacteriology procedures include processing, and performing test for the identification and susceptibility testing of respiratory, urine/stool, wounds, and anaerobic pathogens.
