MAJ Webster has 24 years of military experience fluent in English, born and raised in Tennessee. He served as a Operations Officer from Oct 1999 until June 2005. From November 2005 until July 2006 he was the lead Civil Military Operations Planner for the Joint Special Operations Task Force- Philippines. A graduate of Combined Arms Staff Service College (CAS3), University of Tennessee Chattanooga with a Criminal Justice BS degree, and completed 127hrs of training in High Threat Protection Operations Course. He has qualified with M4, M9, M16A2/A1, M249, M240, M203, 12ga shotgun and pepper spray. MAJ Webster as a Infantry Platoon leader conducted several qualification weapons ranges with the above mentioned weapons systems that included training and qualification courses. He served as the Physical Security Officer of a Civil Affairs Battalion in garrison passing every physical security inspection performed by higher commands from 1999 through 2005. In 2002 in Kabul, Afghanistan he was the CJMOTF Operations Officer responsible for Force Protection for the entire CJCMOTF compound (over 200 personnel) located approximately 1.5 miles from the US Embassy. MAJ Webster supervised approximately 50 local guards and a platoon of US military personnel in the compound security plan. He has conducted numerous meetings with the RSO in Kabul, Afghanistan in Feb 2002 until Nov 2002 and with the RSO or representative in the Philippines from Nov 2005 until July 2006 scheduling, planning and conducting VIP visits that included the Ambassador of the United States. MAJ Webster’s military career with three deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Philippines has been awarded with three Bronze Star Metals, 4 Army Commendation Metals, 2 Army Achievement Metals, 2 National Defense Service Metals, and numerous Army deployment metals.
