I have spent several years building the knowledge and tools necessary to help individuals make the right Real Estate decisions. My main focus is residential and commercial real estate valuations. I have been contracted by several to assist in subject property research, location of difficult to find sales comparables, sketching, and ghost writing and review of appraisals. I personally handle a client range from international investors looking for property in the South Florida area to private personal rental owners, banks, appraisers, and much more.

- Performed research of single-family homes, apartments, condominiums, industrial developments, office, hotel/motel, bank branches/headquarters, automotive centers, and gas stations for the purpose of valuation including detailed time trend and price-per-square-foot calculations in accordance to USPAP guidelines.
- Analyzed Right-of-Way maps in conjunction with assisting in the value research of commercial easements.
- Compiled valuation information for residential, commercial, vacant lots and several multi-unit parcels for several appraisal firms in conjunction with inspectors, other appraisers and financial institutions.
- Worked directly with Florida Power and Light on easement research for 100+ parcels for light pole easement along major roadway in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.
- Worked directly with Department of Transportation and Right of Way for condemnation research and valuation for eminent domain appraisals and court testimony.
- Familiar with new Aurora forms, old URAR forms, Narrative Reports, Non-Inspection (drive-by) Appraisals.
- Responsible for managing Lead Resources; duties included researching, hiring, and management of human and technological resources regarding lead generation.
- Secure promotional locations, public speakers, and create company brochures for recruiting events.
- Netted an average of $430,000 of new loan revenue for the company per month.
- Assisted in the launch of several new technology applications to assist brokers perform more efficiently. Theses software applications include:
o Encompas, which is used to manage the loan application and pipeline monitoring process;
o POINT, the database component for Encompas;
- Resolved various emergency lending issues for American Express Business cardholders.
- Managed a variety of merchant relationship issues with High-Value clients (over $250,000 yearly spending).
