Job Description:
MKD Janitorial Services and Consulting Ltd. Located in Surrey, BC is looking for full time permanent “Janitorial Service Manager” to join their team as soon as possible.
Job duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of building maintenance and janitorial services.
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Plan and control budget and inventory.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
• Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• A college diploma or vocational certificate in the subject of instruction may be required.
• One to three years of experience in the service being offered are usually required.
Salary: $ 27.00 hourly for 40 Hours per week with benefits as per company policy
