Product buyer
Qualifications:1.College diploma with 6 month purchasing experience is required. 2. Secondary school graduate must prove minimum of 2 years purchasing experience 3. Able to work in flexible hours occasionally to communicate with suppliers in different time zone if necessary.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:1. Prepare order/purchase lists 2. Monitor inventory and sales status of each item and determine purchase items and quantities. 3. Work closely with the warehouse and sales team everyday to monitor the inventory level for each product 5. Analyze stock availability and forecast stock turnover and determine items and quantity to purchase for each products 6. Communicate with suppliers for orders and shipping administration
Language required: English
Compensation$26.50~$28.50 (Depending on experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week

Administrative Clerks Supervisor
Qualifications: 1. Minimum 6months experience in administrative experience is required (1 year admin experience preferred). 2. Completion of college diploma or higher credential is required Note: If a candidate only has a secondary education, the candidate must prove at least 2 years of experience in administrative field.
Language required: English
Position Duties & Responsibilities:1 Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the administrative clerks. 2. Train and discipline administrative clerks. 3. Review and override documents and ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time without errors 4. Prepare evaluation reports for the manager to review 5. Oversee the company file system. 6. Assign duties to the administrative clerks
Compensation$38~$39 (Depending on experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
