Job Duties:
The duties of the recruitment Manager will be as follows:
• Evaluate daily operations by Planning, directing, controling and organizing.
• Efficiently handle collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
• Respond to employee questions and complaints and organize staff consultation along with grievance procedures.
• Oversee development of communication strategies, analysis of employee data and preparation of reports.
• Manage Contracts and take care of Training and development strategies.
• Implement and establish policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement recruitment strategies.
• Co-ordinate and review Projects and Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
• Oversee the classification and rating of occupations and payroll administration.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of bachelor's degree in personnel management or University degree in related field is required.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in relevant field is required.
