Permanent Position: Welder (NOC: 7237)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time,(weekends, overtime, if required)

Work Location: 12011 Mitchell Rd, Richmond, V6V 1M7 Canada
Wage Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour, (37.50 hours per week). Overtime will be paid after 40 hours
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Education: High School an asset
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Languages: Basic English is required.
Job Duties:
• Reading and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
• Cutting work pieces, using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knife.
• Melting lead bar, wire, or scrap to add lead to joint or to extrude melted scrap into reusable form.
• Tack-welds or welds components and assemblies, using electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment.
• Welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
Essential Skills: Good physical fitness, ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures, Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work outdoors full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
