Local NonProfit seeking an Office Assistant for their growing team.
Join a highly respected NonProfit in Greenfield as they add to their Office Staff. This position will join an established office that is looking for help with day to day activities including answering phones, filing paperwork, organizing their computer system, and more.
This is a full time position with a Monday - Friday schedule. The job is temp to hire and pays up to $20/hr. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred. Other job responsibilities include:
- Answer Phones, Greet Clients, Provide General Customer Service
- File documents in the company's centralized filing room
- Organize data in the company's computer system. Update Client records as new information becomes available
- Help with special projects as assigned by management
- Help Human Resources with benefits updates and general human resources functions
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Desire to work in a NonProfit setting
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
