Job Description:
Seeking experienced CNC machinist to:
*** Interpret blueprint to determine machining required, and subsequent dimensions to be machined and allowable tolerances.
*** Design and create fixtures for a large variety of parts.
*** Program 3 & 4 axis CNC Milling machines using CAM software.
*** Select tooling, feeds, and speeds to be used based on materials used.
*** Observe operation, and verify conformance on first run and sample work pieces to required dimensions using micrometers, calipers, etc.
*** Complete maintenance requirements for equipment and update records.
