At this point, we are looking for a hard-working, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team of talented individuals.
Position Details:
Office Location: 15698 80A Ave, Surrey BC, V4N 0X6 and various locations as per companys contract
Position: Electrician (NOC: 7241)
Number of positions: 5
Terms of employment: Full-Time, permanent
Wages: $30.00/hours and 40 hours/week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Position Requirements:
High School Education
1-2 years relevant experience is required
Ability and willingness to work independently with limited supervision
Positive and cooperative attitude
Job duties:
Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts
Install brackets and hangers to support electrical equipment
Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic system and remove and replace faulty components
Repair, test and install electrical motors, generators, alternations, industrial storage batteries
Connect electrical power to audio and visual communication equipment, signalling devices and heating and cooling system
Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records
Must report any unsafe conditions and incidents
