Job Description:
Seeking well spoken, driven and organized professional with a background in customer service or sales who can coordinate all order-related activities from receipt of information and material through delivery.
Responsibilities:
*** Interface with customers, as directed by the Sales Representative
*** Support all aspects of order entry, including finalization of specifications, determination of production requirements, selection of production methods, interfacing with plants and vendors for scheduling, order data entry, order tracking and expediting and problem resolution.
*** Resolution of customer problems, including credits, errors and other complaints.
*** Interface with outside vendors and subcontractors as required to meet the specific needs of customers.
*** Vendor selection, pricing preparation, order entry, and issuance of purchase orders.
*** Liaison between customer, sales and production.
